long lasting/durable

Rubino Pro tires are relatively inexpensive and they wear slowly. I had one tire get a sidewall cut, but other than that, I have never had a puncture. My current rear Rubino Pro tire has almost 4700k on it and is still going strong.

Great litlle tyre

5

It's quite difficult to find these 650 mm tyres but these were just the trick for the wee bike. Haven't used them long enough to assess durability but getting them on was a doddle.

Can't go wrong

5

These tyres hit the sweet spot btw value and performance, I've done 3,700 kms and they are still going strong.

They roll well and have good cornering and braking in all conditions. The puncture resistance is high as I've not had one to speak of - only a pinch-flat.

Can't criticise anything about them really, they even look awesome with loads of colours to match your ride.

Great tire.

I've used all the Vittoria's CX, Diamante ect. and decided to give these Rubino Pro's a try. To start with, not one flat since I slapped them on. Lucky? No. They have the miles to prove it and are wearing even and slow. Extremely durable. Even with the extra rotational weight they feel just a tad slower than the lighter Vittoria's but the ride quality and feel is the same. I weigh 220lbs. and put a hurting on my bike and parts, so not much impresses me. These tires do.

Hands down the best training tires on the market

5

I've gone through at least 2 sets of them in California, the best ratio of quality/price you can get. A rear tire with above normal use will last you at least 6+ K. (above normal meaning lots of cornering on high speeds in the mountains, some emergency breaking and stuff)

Best value for training/event tire

5

These tires behave predictably in weather, descents, and cornering. In my area patches of loose sand are common in the road these always pick up traction again after even a good slip. At 200 lbs endurance and puncture resilience is important to me, compared to Contis and other quality tires I find these to perform well and often excel.

actually pretty impressed

I usually buy the cheapest tires here. Michilen Lithion 2s, Vittoria Zaffiro Pros. All around $22 USD. I have to admit these tires ( closer to $30 USD ) actually feel a bit more supple. Maybe its marketing spin...maybe its the higher TPI? I don't know. They just feel good. Long term durability is still a question, I've only had them on the bike for about 200miles.

Have just fitted my new Vittoria road tyre and am very pleased with the smooth ride and good grip - 15km commute to work. Can highly recommend this product at good value.
