I have always been a Vittoria fan, especially the CX's for race day. They are fast, give inspiring confidence in tight corners and reliable. My first choice for racing. Thanks.

Fastest tyre on the market. I have used these tyres for 25yrs and will not change service from Probike was great and best price at the time.

So far so good. These tires are as close as you can get to sew-ups. . I have approx. 500 miles on them and could not be happier.

No complaints but I only have a few hundred miles on the 2013 Vittoria Open Corsa CX Clincher Road Tyre. The delivery took a little longer than I had hoped but I do live in the states so it's understandable. I will update after 800 more miles.

my favorite clincher

I've been riding the 2013 Vittoria Open Corsa CX Clincher Road Tire 25's in summer for the last few years. The tire corners well and is very comfy. I went down on a 90 degree turn at low speed because I didn't know I had a flat on the front tire. That was a first in over 28 years of consistent riding.

Fast and supple tyre as you would expect at this level. Dimpled tread also provides confidence in the wet. Limited puncture protection, but that is to be expected of a race tyre.

Safety measure

Vittoria is on record as saying that these tires are for racers and professionals and that mere avid cyclists like me should use one of their less expensive tires. This tire has the attributes associated with a high-end tire one would expect. Grippy on the road, excellent cornering. Smooth riding on rough roads. Decent endurance. An important reason I consistently use these is for safety. Because of the 320 tpi, they retain some riding ability even when flat. If I'm going slow, it can be hard to tell that I have a flat. I consider this an important safety feature because if I lose air in a tire during a fast descent, I want the tire to support my handling of the bike as well as possible, until I can come to a stop. The rated pressure for these tires is 115-140psi. If you like to run with lower pressures, you will need to up you pressures with these tires to avoid damaging the tires.
