Continental GP4 Season
5I had these on my commuter last winter and they were great. I've just bought a set for my Pinarello for this season. Excellent grip in the wet. Confidence inspiring in the corners. Very good puncture resistance. All in all a tyre that ticks all the boxes all year round but especially in winter. Highly recommended.

Great tires
5I've purchased the GP 4 Season recently, so don't have too much mileage on them. So far the ride has been very smooth and comfortable. I really hope they'll meet my expectation and be somewhat puncture resistant.

Rolling on Conti 4 Season Clinchers at Battenkill
5I was concerned about my first foray into the world of dirt road riding and particularly the dirt and gravel roads of the Tour of the Battenkill Course in Cambridge, New York. We were able to preview the 2014 course just over a week ago. I am pleased to report that the Conti GP 4 Season tires were excellent. A nice balance between low rolling resistance and enough traction on the rougher part s of the course. While there were a number of flats and tire issues for others on the course, I had no flats or issues of any kind. Kudos to the organizers for a great ride and to Conti for a great product.

Size Warning
4Mounted my first tire and brought it up to pressure.... Measured the tire with my calipers and they are 25m wide unstead of 28m that is marked. The 4000s tires run true to size so I was surprised by this. They still look like a good durable tire and will withhold final judgement until riding them over time.

Conti 4 seasons 25mm, road tyre
3A good winter tyre for grip and low rolling resistance. However, punctured after 50 meters on the start of an Audax. Changed the tube but did clear a thorn which had penetrated the tyre into the inner tube. May be bad luck but also had a side wall blow out on these tyres.

Great Tyre
5Fitting was a little fiddly and I did have to use tyre levers to fit them to my Trek. Like others I've gone for the 25mm version, which I have found to be very smooth over a variety of surfaces. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to a busy winter of cycling! Will probably go for the summer versions next year.
