superb jersey
they run small. 6’3” 195 w 42 chest. initially ordered the XL, which was just too snug. returned and ordered XXL. pretty much perfect tight race-style fit. high end quality with astonishingly lightweight fabric and small details like fabric zip covers. makes the rest of my jerseys look kind of ghetto.
Good Quality
This is a well made jersey. I like that it's subtle in design. Most of Ale is quite noisy. Going off the size chart on the Ale website I was border line M if not 1cm bigger than it's recommended size of 96cm chest. They state if borderline to go up a size. I measured mine to 97. I went with the large, which fits well, but I think I could have gone with medium still for a more tight aero fit as the jersey is meant to be. I am a typical thin build sized to what most manufactures charts state for medium (Rapha, Castelli, Sportful) It's comfortable and I noticed no tightness anywhere. The arm length is just above the elbow and it is a material that is snug enough and will stay I place. I also bought the fusion shorts and went with the medium which suggests an 84cm waist and I have an 82. They fit well as well, not snug anywhere.
