I really like these gels. The only thing I would improve is to change the way the top rips off so that the top is still part of the packet when it's opened, as the small tear off part invariably gets spat out on the ground. Let's save the planet SIS

I take Science in Sport Go Isotonic Gel 60ml no more than 10 minutes before my body demands the output, and it can be followed up at close intervals with no after affects. It's also good for recovery, particularly after extensive hill training.
