great food!
5I took a flier on these through the internet and I am very happy with them. I don't think they would survive in the back of my jersey on a long ride, however, they are great just before a ride or going to the gym.

4These are as advertised - wafer cookie type snacks that are a nice change from the manufactured gels, dense bars, and things in between.

5The best 'on the go' energy product I have purchased. The wafers are light, very tasty (I had the peanut and choc version) and you get a good dose of carbs. They're great to carry in back pocket and they stay intact whatever the weather. At less than a tenner for 12 they're good value too.

5These are really different to the 'standard' energy products - they really are like biscuits, but pack the right amount of carbs. I'd recommend having them relatively early in a ride, while they're still solid and unbroken. Overall, great. and at the right price too.

4I usually use gels, but I can only take 2-3 gels during a ride. The wafers are a excellent alternative. They taste good and do not get hard in cold weather. The packaging is a bit hard to open while riding. I will definitely continue purchasing these.

5If you are looking for something light to carry and easy to eat on the go then these are awesome. They taste great too!! I like it that you don't need lots of fluid to wash it down like so many other energy products require.
