They work!
5I started using these in my earlier cycling days a few years ago when I consistently used to suffer with cramp on longer rides. I sweat very heavily and also drink a lot to replace fluids, and concluded my problem was something related to that (could also have been lack of fitness though!). However, they seem to work and I very, very rarely suffer with cramp now. I use one citrus flavour tablet in a 750ml bottle with half orange juice, and half water, on every single ride irrespective of length. The taste is also fine.

5Excellent hydration tablets. They taste good and are great at quenching thirst. I'm have to confess at not having tried a variety of electrolytic tablets, but of the few I've tried, I like these most, by far.

5I really like these. They have a nice flavour and aren't too sweet or too strong. I can also use them on smaller training rides as they don't contain all the sugar and carbos.

5I have been using these NUUN Active Sports Isotonic Hydration Tablets for a few weeks now, adding one to my second bottle when heading out for longer rides. It could be "all in my head," but my rides have improved a lot in the time I have been using the NUUN tablets to make my electrolyte replacement drink. I have four tubes--Kona Cola, Citrus, Tropical, and Orange--and I rotate through them. I have seen some reviews that say these do not taste good, but I think it comes down to what you expect when you have a drink like this in your bottle. I expect them to "taste weaker" than a glass of juice of the same flavour would taste. These tablets are exactly what I expect of them and I intend to continue using them, and buy more when my current stock runs out.

A friend bought these in the US. I did not know they were available in New Zealand. I love the taste of the lemon-lime and therefore drink more. It stops you from being dehydrated in a very nice, tasty, way.
I have one daily.

This is not one of my favourites. I have the 'Citrus' & 'Lemon' flavours and they are really just for replenishing nothing else. The taste is VERY bland and flat and I find I have too force myself to drink whatever is left in my bottle.
Don't excpect to much from the taste, but they are fairly cheap and there purpose is mainly for re-hydration. I suggest the HIGH5 products for something more like a fizzy soda and taste.

I fell on these by chance, the flavours are unique, wet as you want but not overpowering. They add a delicate edge to water that means that it is no longer a chore to keep hydrated with the added benefits of electrolytes to keep body balanced.
Pop one tab in your bottle and listen to it phizz, light and easy, with a hint of phizz to keep it interesting.
