5Having been put off by the taste and consistency of Gels I thought I would try these Bloks. What a change- taste just like a thick wine gum. You have to consume a packet every 90 minutes or so for maximum effect but that's easy done. They aren't the cheapest but I wouldn't consider anything else now.

5Love these, great flavour and very palatable even toward the end of long rides where many other types of sports food are hard to take in. Of course food is a very personal choice so try them first before getting too many. Great tube like packaging,easy to squeeze them out as you need them - as long as you have cut the end of before you start any race.

5These are without doubt the best energy things I have used - so easy to use and you can feel the effect almost immediately - especially the caffeine (orange)

5Taste great (unlike some gels), quickly and easily digested, and give you a boost (probably mostly psychological, but so what) if you pop one in when you know a tough hill is coming. I prefer the orange with caffeine, but every flavor I've tried is great.
