5This is the best waterproof I have ever had. Surprisingly allows good air flow and is completely waterproof. Really comfortable and small enough to fit into back pocket. Needs more colours though.

I purchased this two winters ago when it won several consumer tests and despite much abuse it still performs fantastically well.
As well as using it on the road bike, I cross country run in it and use it in the winter on the mountain bike, both of which leave it covered in mud. Stand in the shower to clean it off and as soon as it is dry it looks as good as new.
I am a heavy sweater and it does struggle to transmit the moisture but then so does my mountain climbing jacket which cost significantly more.
The only improvements I could make would be for it to pack up a little smaller and the zip is a little fiddly to use on the move
