Pbk elite bib shorts

They're not kidding about the snug fit!
4Only worn them once so far so this is an initial review. Normally the euro size 7 is plenty big enough for me. With these bibs the length of the straps of the size 7 is good but the fit is tight in the thighs. They are tighter than compression tights but it is still wearable - just takes a bit of getting used to. Feels like someone with giant hands is squeezing my thighs! Overall I am happy with my purchase but won't be buying these again in this size.

5Well priced tight fit have mentioned this before, if your a small fit the sizing should be accurate, if your 6ft plus and not a skinny whip then get the sizing right when you do they will be surprisingly nice and work well don't know I have got them on - had to double check the other day - very good very comfy and well priced

High Quality, but snug
4I got these after getting the PBK winter bibs with full leg coverage. Really excellent quality on those winter bibs. These look to be the same quality, but ran a touch smaller. Be sure to go up at least 1 size. I would have gone up 2 sizes for these bibs; where going up 1 size in the winter bib tights fit me fine. Losing my winter weight should make them fine. Have only used them a few times, but they seem to be great quality. Time will tell.

Great shorts with a couple drawbacks
4I ride about 60 miles/week and purchased these shorts after becoming tired of paying ~$175 for top of the line bibs. First, the chamois in these shorts is very good which is perhaps the most important thing. It's nearly as comfortable as the chamois on my Sugoi RSE's or Specialized PRO SL's. Second, the material is well constructed and durable so should last me several seasons. Third, the leg gripper and silicon bands are narrow (1/2") and slightly uncomfortable and dig in to my thighs. They would be better wider so they don't dig in as much. Lastly, I'm 5'10", 173lbs, 31" inseam, and the Medium is a little to small but I'm afraid the Large would be too big. But perhaps the Large would be more comfortable on the thighs?

PBK Elite Bib Shorts
5Decided to buy these after reading the reviews about them online. The chamois pad is brilliant, and the shorts themselves look good once on. I would ignore the advice to buy 1 size up though, as some people have written, as I went for a large over a medium, and when I tried the large on, they were slightly too big!! Definitely a keeper though, have ridden over 100 mile in them so far and would rate comfort up with likes of ASOS.

Excellent
5I needed a new and more comfortable pair of Bib Shorts and i decided to try the PBK branded ones based on two previous excellent reviews of the same product, cost {a lot cheaper than the known brands} and the excellent reputation of PBK delivery to Australia from previous experiance. Both reviews suggested that i go one size up as they are a snug fit. I took the advice and the one size up from normal was a perfect fit and the shorts are tremendously comfortabale in the 'right' places and great to ride in. Excellent prouct, price and delivery. Tony

Best Bib For Your Buck
5I have some very high end bib shorts that are several times the cost of these yet the fit, construction and comfort of the PBKs run them very close as is also the case with the PBK tights which I swear by. These fit tight/compressed on the legs so if cycling is your 2nd sport after rugby you may need to go up a size.

REALLY COMFY
5Purchased a pair of these only a few months ago. Really good pad and really comfy. Arrived one day before the K2 race where I decided these were as good as my other Castelli shorts and rode the PBK shorts for over 6hrs without chamois cream with no problems. Most of my other shorts have cost me around NZ $240 so these a bargain. Not quite as flashy as other brands as mainly black, but very well made, up there with top of the line Castelli and Specialised shorts. A BARGAIN!!!!
