Time will tell
4I gave 4 stars because tires got delivered without original box that continental tires are used to be shipped just tires held by a rubber band raising my doubts if they are original or fake, time will tell if these tires are legit. Sorry but you should have shipped them with original packaging

Smooth rollers
5Was running gatorskins. These have better grip, are lighter, and handle better. No flat issues so far.

Faster than I expected
5Got these for a better winter grip and happy they do this. Also got a few punctures recently so they also winning on this front. What surprised me most was slightly quicker times. Wasn’t expecting this over my fast summer tyres

Amazing feel tire
5These tires feel amazing, they cut down on road vibration. They feel fast and I feel confident when riding fast downhill and turns in the rain. They came faster than expected and dirt cheap. I will be buying again from this site.

5Continental Grand Prix 5,000 are Smooth Rolling Tire and The Hotter They Get the More they Roll Better and Smother. Been Riding in Continental 4 Season 28 mm for 2 years and Noticed The Big Difference. And the Hotter They Get the More you Hear the Tires making Contact on The Road. Very Impressed on How Smooth and Rolling Tires get as They Heat Up for Better Traction. Run 23mm on Front and 25 mm Rear. They Hold Up on Flats also I ride thur a Lot Of Trash on Side of Roads thinking I am Going to Get a Flat and they keep Holding UP.

3The tires are awesome! The purchasing experience was less than awesome. The purchase price, tax, shipping etc were not at all clear on the order confirmation. You should clearly spell out all of the costs and the confirmation should have these costs listed with the grand total. Other thank that PBK is a good place to get biking supplies!

a great tire
5as always, you can never go wrong with continental and these latest edition of the grand prix are no exception. i had the GP 4000 sII 25 mm but due to my narrow frame they used to rub quite a lot when tackling tight turns so i decided to get new 23 mm. unfortunately the 4000 sII 23 mm were out of stock at the date of my purchase and found a great deal on the 5000. it was an easy decision and the perfect one. i didn't ride too far on these tires yet, but it already feels as good as the 4000 sII to say the least, which was an excellent tire. i sometimes go on rough not so smooth tarmac and i have high hopes on the longevity of these tires. i definitely would recommend these tires to everyone looking for that extra peace of mind.
