5Much better than other bottle cage tool bags no annoying rattles due to not being made if hard plastic and inner netting secures everything firmly. Much better than the "European posterier man satchel" #rule 29.

4can accommodate tyres, tools, levers and other items. only draw back is that need extra bottle cage holder to hold the bag if going for long distance rides. for short distance rides. it is sufficient.

5Wanted to put the weight of my ditty bag lower, and was tired of velcro straps always coming loose. This very attractive case holds tire levers, tube, patches and glue, and mini pump in snug mesh compartments, stuff does not rattle, and it's snug in cage without extra strapping. Love the whole look and function!! Well thought out, well executed.
