Moist, soft and chewy energy bar providing a balance of fast and slow burning carbohydrates through the use of ingredients wide-ranging in Glycaemic Index. Each bar is flavoured with Fairtrade certified fruit and is very low in fat. TORQ bar also contains Ribose to aid cellular re-charge.

Do the job
These bars are reasonably tasty and easy to open with your mouth. They are moist and chewy and not difficult too swallow when riding and seem to give me a decent energy boost. A bit expensive is my only complaint..
Torq bars - expensive but delicious
Great product. Wish they had more brands like this available in the states. The organic mango is delish - will try others if there's any coupon codes floating around.
Tasty, Soft and Delivers Energy
The mango flavour is tasty, the bar is soft and a good size, so easily eaten and digestible and the energy provided is effective in preventing a sudden energy drop at around 90 minutes. And they are made with organic ingredients! Certainly very good value when compared with comparable supermarket prices.
Best taste, best feel
These bars are great; they taste great, they're a practical size and easily eaten and don't leave that slimey feeling in the back of the throat like power bars
Delicious
These bars are really quite delicious - it was hard to save them for my long rides! No nasty preservatives or artificial sweeteners, and they're moist enough to comfortably eat on a long hot ride. I'll be ordering more for sure!
Pineapple & Ginger FTW
I've tried so many bars and gels and, due to problems with severe reflux, most of them have ended my rides short because of extreme pain and nausea. When I found the Torq range of bars and gels, I was dubious, but tried them and have never looked back. The Pineapple and Ginger Torq bars give me ample energy, stave off hunger brilliantly and don't give me any difficulties from reflux, no matter how hard or how far I'm riding! The advertised "moist and chewy" texture is brilliant too. They're so easy to eat, you don't feel the need to drink 40L of water to wash the bar down and they taste brilliant. I've tried the other flavours and they're all great, but the pineapple/ginger are by far, my favourite. Definitely worth giving a shot!
