The word is that with these tubes, your wheels will roll faster and also give a a slightly raised level of comfort. I have found this to be true in my own experience. When youv'e spent big money on wheels and the best tyres you can afford, these tubes are like the icing on the cake. They also come in different valve stem sizes which is great if you run wheels like fulcrum zero's which have a deeper rim on the rear. The only drawback is that they have to be inflated before each ride as they bleed off a bit of pressure over time. Definitely less punctures, infact, hardly ever. Heartily recommended. John
